Our Story

It all began in 1955, when Hakim Muhammad Saeed ( Sewaram ) opened the doors of a small Dawakhana in Faisalabad.

With his ilm-e-tibb, faith, and compassion, he began healing families who trusted nature more than medicine. He treated the sick not as “patients,” but as apne log — people deserving of time, attention, and care.

Every remedy was hand-measured, every herb chosen with purpose. There were no advertisements then — only word of mouth, trust, and duas from the people he healed.

That trust became our foundation. That Dawakhana became our legacy.

By the mid-1960s, the name Diljeet Dawakhana had spread across Faisalabad.

Families would travel miles to seek Hakim Sahib’s guidance — for him, healing was never business; it was ibadat (service to humanity).

The Dawakhana became a place of hope — where medicine met kindness, and nature met faith.

In 1965, Diljeet Dawakhana became one of the first registered Dawakhanas recognized by the Government of Pakistan — a proud moment that validated years of honest work, integrity, and dedication to the Unani tradition.

This recognition didn’t just mark a legal milestone — it honored our founder’s sincerity and established our Dawakhana as a trusted institution in the field of herbal healing.

From that moment, we carried not only the prayers of our patients but also the confidence of our nation.

Under the guidance of Hakim Boota Naseem the Dawakhana entered a new chapter.

He modernized operations, introduced quality testing, and expanded reach — all while preserving the Unani principles that shaped us.

He would often say:

“Modernization must never mean forgetting our roots.”

It was during this era that Diljeet Dawakhana became a recognized and trusted name throughout Pakistan.
